Who is this for?
- Football athletes who want position-specific training before the season starts. This 5-week program is built for athletes who want an advantage when the pads go on, with coaching led by a former Bengals player.
What will you learn?
- Athletes will build position-specific football skills, strength, and conditioning. Training is designed to help your athlete get stronger, stay in top shape, and be fully prepared for the season.
When is it?
- Summer Football Training runs weekly from
May 25 through June 25, with 5 weekly training sessions built around football skills, strength, and conditioning.

When is it?
– Summer training takes place every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00-7:00 PM, running June 2 through July 16. Athletes train in high-energy sessions focused on speed, agility, explosion, and athletic performance development across the summer program.

Who is this for?
- Academy 59 Linebacker Training is built for 8th grade athletes and higher who want to become faster, more explosive, and more dominant on the football field. Whether you're sharpening your fundamentals or preparing for the next level, these sessions are designed to push your game forward.
- Rookie Camp Dates: 5/25, 5/29, 6/1
First-time Academy 59 athletes are strongly encouraged to attend these "foundation" sessions. Optional for returning athletes.

What will you learn?
- Athletes will train linebacker fundamentals including stance, footwork, tackling, and block destruction while developing football IQ through learning how to read plays, improve coverage, and react faster. Every session is built around real game-speed movement and professional-level coaching from former Bengals linebacker Landon Johnson.
When is it?
- Academy 59 Linebacker Training takes place on Mondays and Fridays during the summer on the following dates:
Mondays: 5/25, 6/1, 6/8, 6/15, 6/22
Fridays: 5/29, 6/5, 6/19, 6/26
No Training: Friday, June 12

Inclement Weather: If we have to cancel a session due to illness, weather, or unforeseen events, don’t worry... we’ll reschedule it for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday in the same or following weeks.
Refunds & Credits: While we don’t offer refunds for unused sessions, you can request registration credits equal to the missed session’s value. Credits are valid for one year, so just contact us before signing up for a future session to redeem them.
Discount & Referral Details:
Sibling Discount: Register multiple siblings and save! Contact us for your pricing before registering. If you register first, don’t worry... we’ll process your discount as a refund. (Workout packages can’t be split.)
